We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds on regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange something for the same item, please email us at info@babettewine.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not covered by our return policy:

  • Gift cards

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@babettewine.com.

Order Cancellation and Return

  • The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by the Babette Wine team.
    Requests must be made in writing to info@babettewine.com within 3 days of the order, and return instructions and confirmation will be provided through the same channel.
  • Whenever possible, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If this is not possible, the customer must provide proof of payment and account/card ownership to receive a refund via bank transfer.
  • Babette Wine commits to refunding the customer within a maximum of 10 business days after the successful completion of the cancellation process.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note: We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
