Shipping your order
The company responsible for delivering orders is CTT. When placing your order, you will be informed of the shipping cost to the specified delivery address. This cost includes both transportation and delivery of your order.
Orders delivered to any EU country include local VAT, as our company is subject to VAT payment in each EU country to which we export.
Additionally, all products we sell are already legalised for the consumer market with all applicable taxes paid. This means we are authorised to sell our products to any EU member country.
There may be some exceptions where local laws require payment of a local tax on wines and spirits. In such cases, the amount may be requested at the time of delivery. Therefore, we advise you to check with your local authorities whether you are allowed to import wines from other EU member states and what taxes may apply.
Prices for customers outside the EU do not include local VAT or any other local taxes. The import procedures are handled by our shipping partner, which means that upon arrival of your order, they will present it to local customs and contact you with the amount due for import taxes and instructions on how to proceed with payment. In most countries, taxes will depend on the order value and excise duties will depend on the type and number of products ordered.
We cannot guarantee that you will not be subject to customs duties or taxes in your country. Please contact your local customs office to verify this and to understand the costs involved before placing your order.
If you cannot find your country in the “COUNTRY” dropdown during the checkout process, it means we currently do not ship to that country. However, you may contact us via email, and we can try to propose an alternative delivery solution if we are able to ensure successful delivery of your order.
Important shipping notice:
At the moment, we only process orders up to 30 kg per shipment.
If your order exceeds this weight, please divide your purchase into two or more separate orders.

We will offer you the best possible price and the lowest shipping costs available.
Delivery Location and Conditions
The products you order will be delivered to the address you provide during checkout. After placing your order, you may contact us with alternative delivery instructions in case you will not be available at the specified address on the scheduled delivery date.
All parcels must be signed for by a person of legal drinking age upon delivery. If no eligible recipient is available at the delivery address, a new delivery date will be proposed, or you will be asked to contact the shipping company to reschedule delivery.
If repeated delivery attempts fail at the provided address and/or no eligible recipient is present to sign for the parcel, and/or no attempt is made by the recipient to contact the shipping company to arrange redelivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, an additional delivery fee may be charged to the customer to resend the goods.

Delivery Delay
Every effort will be made to deliver your order within the stated timeframe.
However, in rare cases, delivery times may take up to 15 business days.
BabetteWine will not be held responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of delayed delivery.
Once the goods have been delivered, you become the owner and are responsible for any risk of loss or damage to the products received.
