11 years. That's exactly how long it took to conceive, grow, and mature a wine created to bear the Casa da Passarella name and perpetuate our heritage, which spans well over a century. In reality, it carries with it the responsibility of over 130 years of our history. It was born from our seven own vineyards, including several centuries-old plots, and boasting an unusual variety of over 20 native grape varieties, as was customary in the early decades of the 20th century.
