Quinta do Vallado, established in 1716, is one of the oldest and most renowned estates in the Douro Valley. Located by the Corgo River near its confluence with the Douro and close to Peso da Régua, it was once owned by the legendary Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira and remains in the hands of her descendants to this day.
