The history of Casa de Santo Amaro begins with the creation of the Morgadio de Santo Amaro on October 14, 1687, and is currently owned by the eighth family generation.
We can call Casa de Santo Amaro Olive Oils as Quinta Olive Oil, since from the production of olives, through the extraction of olive oil, packaging and marketing of the final product, everything is done on the farm, making it possible to include them within the Farm-to-Table concept.
During the year we take care of the Casa's olive trees, we harvest the olives at the end of October and extract their oil in our mill. Its storage and packaging is carried out by us, in our facilities. We ship our olives directly to your table with a high quality standard.
We do not believe in any other way of producing high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. “Pure fresh and healthy olive juice”.
