Casa e Quinta de Paços, located in Stª Eulália de Rio Côvo, owes its name to an ancient Roman “paço” (palace) in an area once known as a thermal spa. It has been in the same family for over 500 years, across at least 16 generations dedicated to winemaking in the Minho region. In 1876, it was awarded its first international prize in the United States, a milestone that highlights its long-standing reputation for quality and excellence.
