Color
Pale straw to very light amber with subtle golden glints from partial Baga oak maturation.
Aroma
Elegant, layered bouquet: resinous and balsamic juniper, rockrose and pine; bright citrus peels (lime, orange); delicate floral tones; dried red berry (Baga) hint; fine white pepper and cardamom; faint vanilla / toasted wood accent.
Palate
Silky opening; dry, precise juniper–citrus core followed by herbal and balsamic layers. Subtle barrel tannin and gentle sweetness of wood round the vibrant citrus drive. Evolves to fine spice and a light grape‑skin echo. Long, clean, subtly toasted finish.

- Neat, slightly chilled (12–14 °C) in a tulip glass
- Classic Gin & Tonic (1:2 to 1:2.5 gin to neutral premium tonic) with clear ice
