Casa de Santo Amaro Nature is an organic extra virgin olive oil born from the conversion of 10 hectares of traditional olive groves into organic farming, a process started in 2016 by Casa de Santo Amaro. The first olives were harvested in November 2019, producing a pure and sustainable oil, certified and obtained exclusively through mechanical processes and cold extraction. Made from Cobrançosa, Madural, and Verdeal Transmontana varieties, it reflects authenticity, environmental respect, and gastronomic excellence.
