This DOC Alentejo sparkling wine, produced from a blend of selected grape varieties, is a vibrant expression of hot climate regions. With careful vinification, where alcoholic fermentation is carried out separately for each grape variety, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle, the sparkling wine matures for around six months. On the nose, it offers aromas of tropical fruit, which intertwine with subtle notes of yeast. In the mouth, it has a soft texture and a fine bubble that disappears gently, leaving a persistent sensation. Ideal to accompany a variety of light dishes, such as appetizers and seafood.

Pale yellow with greenish hues and a fine, persistent mousse.

Palate
Soft texture, fine bubbles, balanced freshness and a smooth, lingering finish.
Pairing
Excellent with appetizers, seafood, sushi and fresh salads. Serve between 6–8ºC.
