This DOC Alentejo sparkling wine, produced from Aragonez and Alfrocheiro grape varieties, is a rich and balanced expression of the region. The grape varieties are vinified separately in rotating “vinimatics” fermentation tanks to obtain a small extraction of color, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the sparkling wine matures for around 24 months. In the aroma, the freshness of plums and cherries stands out, with a mineral touch that makes it unique. In the mouth, it is vibrant and balanced, with a fine bubble and excellent acidity. Ideal to accompany light dishes and as an aperitif.
