This wine is made from the Loureiro grape variety, grown in terraces facing north and east in the Lima sub-region. The varied soils, including the presence of schist, combined with endogenous factors, give the grapes very unique characteristics. The grapes are manually harvested in 20 kg boxes, followed by total destemming, decantation, and fermentation in stainless steel. The wine aged for 8 months on total lees with bâtonnage during the first 5 months. After blending and static clarification for 1 month, it aged for 3 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
