Herdade do Mouchão - Dom Rafael Branco is a distinctive white wine made from the old vineyards of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Fernão Pires. Refined and fresh, it combines citrus and mineral notes with a full-bodied texture and a delicately crisp palate, making it an excellent choice for pairing with seafood or regional snacks. Hand-harvested, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC for 2 to 4 weeks. After initial filtration, the wine rests on fine lees for 5 to 6 months, adding volume and complexity. A distinctive white wine of great complexity and freshness, showcasing the elegance of old Alentejo grape varieties.
