A wine made exclusively from the Vinhão grape variety, grown on terraced vineyards facing north and east in the Lima Sub-Region. The unique characteristics of this grape, combined with the specific exposure of the terraces and the diversity of soils, including the presence of schist, give the grapes a distinctive character.
Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes, with total grape destemming. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by 6 months of aging on fine lees, with batonnage during the first 5 months. The wine undergoes static clarification for 1 month before bottling.
