This wine is an example of elegance and freshness, produced by the Quinta de Paços family, with a centuries-old tradition in winemaking since the 16th century. The wine is made with a combination of Vinhão (or Sousão) grapes and 10% Padeiro, respecting the best environmental practices and with “Integrated Production” certification. Vinification begins with manual harvesting of the grapes and continues with low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats, without the addition of gas and without products of animal origin, making it suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. The result is a clear, salmon-colored wine, with delicate aromas of red fruits and a light, fruity body, finishing with a freshness that makes it perfect for light meals.
