This wine was made by Rui Cunha (Winemaker of the Year 2023, Revista de Vinhos) and grown by Luís Menezes, with a balanced combination of Loureiro and Arinto. Production involves manual harvesting, fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control, and aging for 4 months on fine lees with Batonnage. The winery is located next to the Quinta de Paços vineyards, in Rio Covo, Sta Eulália, Barcelos, and follows sustainable practices with “Integrated Production” certification. The wine has a fresh and fruity profile, with citrus and floral notes, and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
