Vallado Reserva White is a wine of great complexity, with a mineral aroma that harmonizes beautifully with the fruity notes and smoky hints from the oak. On the palate, it reveals excellent body, acidity, and complexity with citrus nuances, culminating in a very long finish. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels, with periodic batonnage, it has exceptional structure and depth. Fermented in 500-liter barrels from various French oak forests (Allier, Vosges, and Nevers). 40% of the barrels are new, and the rest are second-use barrels.
