Ripe black fruit, fine spices, balsamic notes and hints of chocolate and vanilla, well integrated with oak ageing.

Full-bodied and sophisticated, with silky tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish filled with depth and freshness.

Perfect with grilled red meats, game dishes, aged cheeses or for slow, reflective enjoyment. Serve between 16–18ºC.
